Syntax

OmnisIcn Library.$getpict(cIconid,iBackcolor[,bNoscale=kFalse,iTextcolor=kColorWindowText])

Description

Returns a picture variable containing icon with id cIconid,drawn on iBackcolor,and if themed drawn using iTextcolor.Set bNoscale to kTrue to use a standard size image
